Questions we get asked before signing off.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% upfront to book the work in, and the remaining 50% before the site goes live. For care plans, there's no deposit; you're billed monthly from the start date.
Is there a contract, and how long am I tied in for?
One-off builds are covered by a short written agreement covering scope, price, and timeline — no ongoing tie-in once delivered. Care plans and hosting run monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; there's no long-term lock-in.
What happens if the scope changes partway through?
We quote any change in writing before doing it, so you always know the cost before you commit. Nothing gets added to your invoice without agreement first.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT, which is added where applicable at the prevailing UK rate. Your quote will always show the final figure before you agree to anything.
How do care plan and hosting payments work?
Billed monthly in advance by card or direct debit. You'll get a receipt each time, and you can see exactly what you're paying for — there are no bundled or hidden fees.
If I leave, do I keep my site and content?
Yes. You own everything we build for you. If you move on, we hand over the files, assets, and any access you need — no held-hostage domains or locked accounts.
